So, another month has gone by and now it is October! My kids are very excited for Halloween and are trying to decide what they are going to dress up like. For all of you who have small children you know how fun it is to listen to them change there minds 80 times before they finally decide and then when you think they have.....they try to change it again that morning!! We are going to go to the local "Pumpkin Patch" this Saturday the 11th. They have a tractor that pulls the hay filled trailer out to the field so that you can pick your own pumpkin! It should be fun, I'm sure my kids will enjoy it. I'll post pictures when we get back!
This last weekend we drove over the mountain to look for deer. Since the hunt is nearing we figured it might be a good idea to see whats out there. The ride was long 6 hours to be exact. It was enjoyable for the most part. Except for the snow that was falling at rapid speeds and sticking quickly. There was a good 6 inches up there. Summer is definitely over!! Anyway, I am extremely excited for the hunt this year since it will be my first!! Hopefully I'll harvest a big one!!!!
